I’ve spent fourteen years helping organizations turn sustainability ambition into programs that actually run, first at Accenture and the UN Global Compact, now alongside climate and impact founders.
Growing up in the rural Midwest, I spent my childhood outdoors. I was also among the first generation to grow up with the internet and mobile phones, and to watch every new technology arrive after them. Those two threads, nature and technology, have shaped my career ever since.
I started as a digital strategist with Accenture in Chicago, working on emerging technology for global clients, from mobile devices and the internet of things to the early days of artificial intelligence. That work showed me both the enormous potential of digital tools and how hard it is for large enterprises to adopt them well.
In 2018, after completing a master’s in technology and sustainability at Penn, I moved into sustainability strategy and ethical technology governance. From 2020, I led Accenture’s partnership with the UN Global Compact, growing a global portfolio to $10M across 100+ countries and the team from one person to 120. I also oversaw the North American Sustainability Strategy practice, with 30+ client-facing practitioners.
Today I advise climate, energy and impact startups on go-to-market, corporate partnerships and scaling their technologies. The through-line hasn’t changed: translating complex technical, policy and climate questions into decisions people can act on.
